PROPERTY POLICIES CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT Check-in: 4:00 PM Check-out: 10:00 AM Early Check-in (Subject to availability): $25 per hour before standard check-in time. Must be approved in advance. Late Check-out (Subject to availability): $50 per hour after standard check-out time. If exceeding 2 hours without approval, a full additional night will be charged. NO SMOKING POLICY Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. This includes: - Cigarettes - Marijuana - Vape / e-cigarettes - Cigars Penalty: $300 - $500 USD for deep cleaning and odor removal. NO PARTIES / EVENTS / GATHERINGS Parties, events, or gatherings are not allowed under any circumstances. Penalty: Minimum $500 USD Immediate termination of reservation without refund NO UNDECLARED GUESTS Only registered guests listed in the reservation are allowed on the property. Penalty: $50 per additional guest per night Possible immediate cancellation without refund NOISE POLICY Quiet hours: 9:00 PM – 8:00 AM Any complaints from neighbors may result in cancellation of the reservation without refund. CLEANING & PROPERTY CARE Guests are expected to maintain the property in reasonable condition. Penalty for excessive mess or abnormal cleaning: $150 - $300 USD additional cleaning fee TOWELS & PROPERTY ITEMS Each guest is provided with a set of towels. Important: All towels and property items must remain in the home. Penalty: $20 - $50 per missing item DAMAGES Any damage to the property will be charged to the guest. This includes (but is not limited to): - Furniture - Appliances - Bedding - Walls / paint SERIOUS VIOLATIONS The following will result in: Immediate cancellation No refund - Smoking inside the property - Parties or events - Exceeding occupancy limits - Illegal activity SECURITY Exterior security cameras may be present (e.g., front door/entrance). There are no cameras inside the property.
